VARK Questionnaire Reflection

In my Learning and Development Skills tutorial, I had the opportunity to know what type of learner I was. I had to complete a VARK questionnaire. VARK means Visual Aural Read/Write Kinesthetic.

Vark Score after answering questionnaire:

Total No of Vs = 9 Total No of As =3 Total No of Rs: 1 Total No of Ks: 7

After completing the questionnaire I found out I use a Visual and Kinaesthetic learning strategies. It came as a surprise to me when I found out to be a kinaesthetic leaner but someone told me they work similar to a Visual leaner. A visual learner is some who likes to learn with the use of pictures or watch a demonstration. I like copying things from the board and also like to use graphics to put things together.

I also found out read/write learning style to be my least favourite as I don’t like reading or doing research. In order for me to improve my read/write learning style I will have to do more reading on my own and also do more research.
